Our Environmental Policy

At Dignity Collective, we are committed to environmental stewardship and working towards a sustainable future. We support ambitious entrepreneurs in realizing their dreams of creating their own brands. Our vision of producing quality products, supporting talented individuals, and contributing to society is closely linked to our commitment to environmental protection. Together, we can be part of the small, yet significant difference!

Our Initiatives Include:

Sustainable Production

We aim to minimize the environmental impact of our production processes by choosing suppliers and partners who share our values of environmental consciousness and sustainability.

Waste and Resource Reduction

We actively work to minimize waste and optimize resource usage across all areas of our business. This includes implementing effective measures for recycling, reusing materials, and reducing unnecessary packaging, as well as ensuring proper waste sorting.

Healthy Work Environment

Our employees are our most valuable resource, and we are committed to creating a workplace that meets their needs. We strive for an open and inclusive culture that fosters a positive work environment. Additionally, we ensure that the physical work environment is safe and conducive to health, aiming to minimize work-related absenteeism.

Transport and Logistics

We aim to minimize the environmental impact of transportation and logistics by optimizing route planning, using eco-friendly transport options, and reducing the number of shipments. We also seek to minimize the number of business flights by using digital meetings when practical. Furthermore, we encourage our employees to choose eco-friendly transportation to work and work to improve facilities for cycling and electric vehicles.

Inclusion and Awareness

All employees at Dignity Collective should be familiar with our climate, environmental, and workplace goals and receive the necessary training to contribute to this work. We encourage employees to provide valuable input and to consider climate and environmental issues even outside of work hours.
